KUFA mentorship program

The purpose of the KUFA mentorship program is to support beginner artists and growing creative industries businesses operating in performing arts, film, design, fashion, photography, architecture, etc. in creative fields, reducing risks at the start of their business, helping them acquire practical entrepreneurial skills and relevant knowledge.

The KUFA mentorship program is:

A one-year position in a creative co-working space on the 4th floor of the Culture Factory

Individual support from experienced mentors

Individual, free consultations in business, law, marketing, accounting, financial management, sales, IT application in business, etc. questions.

Entrepreneurship seminars, conferences, and workshops

Practical help in creating visual and communication solutions for creative business

Inspiring community networking: meetings on the roof terrace, various wellness activities, exchange of ideas at KUFA Monday Coffee events

Unlimited office services

New contacts, acquaintances, and partnerships!

Those who have successfully completed the mentoring program are given the right of priority for preferential jobs and studies in the Culture Factory incubator.

The professional team of mentors of the KUFA mentoring program provides mentoring services and embarks on the journey of growing business together. The experience, insights and recommendations of mentors help to make the path to success faster and more productive – by increasing the competitiveness of activities, raising personal competences, expanding the network of acquaintances, and getting to know new opportunities.
